In a weekly timeframe of 15 hours, parallel to Metis Systems AG, I built the energy services company Energie Neugestaltung.

PSV AG (Exclusive Partner of AXA)
In the structured sales division of the former exclusive partner of AXA (comparable to HMI), I learned the craft of selling and direct recruiting. I started as a trainee and worked my way up to sales manager. By the end, I had two direct structures and, on average, 25 employees that I personally recruited and coached, generating an average insurance sum of €30 million.

Fachabitur and Training as a Computer Technician
At Metis Systems AG, I built the entire marketing and sales department from the ground up. To name a few highlights, I optimized the website for SEO and equipped it with sales tools, designed brochures including text and layout, created a sales book for new employees, conducted SaaS software training for the parent company, launched marketing campaigns, and much more.
At Würth, I managed workshops and car dealerships in the Auto Division, growing the territory’s revenue from €60,000 to €200,000 over the years.
At Kiesel, I worked in field sales, selling construction machinery. Here, I doubled the annual revenue from €1.2 million to €2.8 million.
I founded and built Energie Neugestaltung myself. Parallel to my work at Metis Systems AG, I developed a customer base of over 700 clients within four years.
